It’s just 5 mins from Burger Factory ,LPK, SinQ, Fisherman’s Cove, Calamari and many other cafes & clubs. Coco beach is 3 mins, Candolim beach is 7 mins from the place. Candolim market (main road ) is 3 mins drive. Scooty / car rentals, wine store , daily needs store etc available just outside the property.

Kitchen is equipped 4 knob hob, cooking utensils , microwave, toaster , electric kettle , double door fridge, RO, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Tea, Sugar and basic spices are available for guest use. Guest can use the kitchen to cook light meals.
